Annually organized events are:

  • North East Graduate Congress (NEGC)
    First of its kind in the country, NEGC is organized by the foundation every year with an aim to enhance all round development & bring out latent capabilities of the future graduates of the region through various life skill sessions.

  • North East Teacher's Congress (NETC)
    In the same line of NEGC, this event is meant for the teachers of the region to give them a platform to discuss various issues, problems and prospects in context of emerging educational environment in the country.

  • Award of Excellence
    Every year the Foundation confers Award of Excellence to those persons who has shown excellence in his/her field of work as well as contributed for societal causes.

  • Community Leadership Award (CLA)
    Apart from Award of Excellence, this Award aims at giving recognition to the pioneering works done by members of the Muslim Minority Community in different walks of life and contributing greatly to the development of the society.

  • Felicitation ceremony on the eve of New year
    The foundation has the tradition of organizing a felicitation ceremony on the eve of every new year to wish the eminent senior citizens excelled in different fields of work & to encourage them to continue their good work.

  • Organized HSLC/HS Toppers Felicitation programme in both Assam & Meghalaya

  • A Seminar on ‘Right to Education and the Role Of Media.’ (2010).

  • Regional conference on “Empowerment of Minority Women through Education.” (2010).

  • Interaction with IAS Topper Dr. Shah Faesal with the students of College & Universities at Guwahati (2010).

  • Regional Conference on “Educational scenario of Muslims in North East : Issues, Problems & Prospects” (9th October, 2011)

  • Workshop titled “Perception of Educational Need of NE India towards creation of Knowledge based society and sustainable livelihood” (17th December, 2011)

  • Panel discussion on “India -Bangladesh Relations : Beyond Trade and Commerce” attended by His Excellency Tariq Ahmed Karim, High Commissioner of Bangladesh to India & His Excellency Shri R. S. Mooshahary, Governor of Meghalaya (June 13, 2012)

  • International Seminar on “Genres of Belief from a folkloristic perspective” attended by 43 no.s of foreign delegates (4th & 5th February,2013)

  • Organised National Seminar on “Indian Higher Education in the 21st Century : Constraints and Possibilities” in the event of “North East Teachers’ Congress-2013” (March 22-24,2013)

  • Conferred “Community Leadership Award” (CLA) to 25 persons of Muslim Minority Community to give recognition to their pioneering works in different walks of life and contribution to the development of the society. (2nd April, 2013)

  • Conducted a Conclave on Minority Educational Institutions of NE India (COMEI) to make a network among the institutions for their overall growth. (13th April, 2013)

  • Seminar on Interest Free Banking (17th August, 2013)

  • Scholastic Discourse on Life & Creation of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika (7th September, 2013)

  • Ten days Research Methodology Course (December 9-18, 2013)

  • National seminar on “Challenges in Higher Education : A North East Perspective” (29th Jan, 2014)
