The first venture of the ERD Foundation Central IT College is rated as the No. 1 center in North Eastern India & ranked 2nd in the country by Sikkim Manipal University, has also been selected as the Nodal Centre of the entire North Eastern region. SMU conferred UNIVERSITY EXCELLENCE AWARD for the last 5 consecutive years. More than 5,000 students have so far passed out from CITC and have found gainful employment in India and abroad.
