15th June 2017, CPSB : Central Public School, Badarpur promoted by ERD FOUNDATION, Guwahati has once again made its mark and produced astounding results in the CBSE Class 10 results declared yesterday. Out of 40 students who sat for the examination, all of them got 1st division and the pass percentage stood at 100%. Seven candidates produced outstanding results to fetch coveted ranks. Forhaz Sabina Laskar, Surayya Khanam, Saleh Ahmed Barbhuiya, Momtaz Laskar, Miss Rabia Begum, Zahaida Yasmin and Tuhel Ahmed scored 10 CGPA to secure pride for the CPS, Badarpur. In addition 13 students scored 9 CGPA and 20 of them scored more than 85% in aggregate.
It is pertinent to mention that CPSians also dazzled bright in subject wise performances scoring perfect 10 CGPA. In English (15), Hindi (10), Science (11), Social Science (15), Mathematics (8) and IT (8), there was no dearth of achievers.
CPS management and its promoter ERD FOUNDATION has congratulated the students on their brilliant show and wished them luck for their future endeavors.
The management of ERD foundation stated “ Now we feel that the objective with which ERD Foundation had started two schools in the remote areas of Barak Valley is gaining ground and we are at the threshold of moving closer to our goals and aspiration, hopes and destination. Worthwhile to mention, keeping an eye to expand education to the farthest corner of the North East Region and to empower society through education, Education Research and Development Foundation (ERDF) was formed in the year 2005 under the chairmanship of Sh. Mahbabul Hoque, the visionary educationist and Central Public School Badarpur started functioning since the year 2010.
